1. Class Credits and Usage
1.1. Non-Transferable and Non-Shareable
- FLEX Class credits (“Credits”) are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is registered at the time of purchase (“Package Holder”).
- Credits cannot be shared, gifted, or used by friends, family, or other third parties.
- FLEX Packages can be purchased as a gift, but the purchaser must specify the name of the intended Package Holder at the time of purchase.
1.2. Term-Specific Usage
- FLEX Packages and associated Credits are valid only for the term during which they were purchased (e.g., Autumn Term, Spring Term).
- All Credits must be used by the final day of the term, after which any unused Credits will expire.
- Credits cannot be carried over to future terms, transferred to another term, or redeemed for refunds, cash, or any other form of compensation.
1.3. Base Credits and Additional Purchases
- Each FLEX Package includes a base of 6 Credits.
- Additional Credits can be purchased within the same term but cannot be purchased at a discounted rate for use in future terms. All benefits associated with the FLEX Package, including discounted pricing, will expire at the end of the term in which the Credits were purchased.
1.4. Class Reservations and Credit Use
- Once a class is booked using a Credit, the booking is final and cannot be canceled, transferred, or changed.
- If the Package Holder does not attend a class they have booked, the Credit will be forfeited, and no refund, compensation, or alternative arrangements will be provided.
- It is the Package Holder’s responsibility to manage their Credits and avoid attempting to book classes or reserve spaces once all Credits have been used. Broadway Bootcamp is not responsible for any issues arising from overbooking.
1.5. Failure to Book and Expiry of Credits
- FLEX Package Holders are guaranteed a reserved spot in every class up to 48 hours before the class start time, after which availability is subject to space.
- If a class sells out or the Package Holder does not book in time, and they are unable to use their Credits before the term ends, the unused Credits will expire without any refund or compensation.
1.6. No Refunds or Exchanges
- All purchases of FLEX Packages are final. Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Failure to attend a booked class.
- Inability to use Credits before the term ends.
- Changes in personal circumstances.
2. Class Cancellations and Changes
2.1. Broadway Bootcamp Class Cancellations
- Broadway Bootcamp reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time and without prior notice.

- A pro-rata refund of the Credits used for that class, or
- The return of the unused Credit(s) to their account.
- Refunds or Credit returns apply only to cancellations initiated by Broadway Bootcamp and not for no-shows, missed bookings, or cancellations by the Package Holder.
2.2. Unforeseen Circumstances
- Broadway Bootcamp is not liable for cancellations or schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: venue issues, instructor unavailability, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, Package Holders will still be entitled to the pro-rata refund or return of unused Credits as outlined above.
